By accessing or using JOBLIKE ("Service"), operated by "Millions LLC" ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
JOBLIKE is a subscription-based job monitoring and alerting platform that helps users discover job opportunities by:
- Monitoring configured sources (such as LinkedIn and X/Twitter) for job postings
- Sending real-time notifications when matching jobs are found
- Providing tools to manage job search preferences and alerts
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Subscription and Billing
JOBLIKE offers subscription plans with different features and pricing tiers. By subscribing:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
- All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our payment processor
5. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial:
- Your account will revert to the free tier unless you subscribe
- No payment is required during the trial period
- Trial availability and duration are subject to change
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated systems to access the Service beyond intended functionality
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without authorization
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by JOBLIKE and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service monitors third-party platforms (such as LinkedIn and X/Twitter) for job postings. We are not affiliated with these platforms, and:
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of third-party data
- Third-party platforms may change their terms or restrict access at any time
- You must comply with the terms of service of any third-party platforms you use
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
- Any job listings found will lead to employment
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBLIKE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JOBLIKE and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- We may delete your account data after a reasonable period
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JOBLIKE operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
