At JOBLIKE ("Service"), operated by "Millions LLC" ("we," "us," or "our"), we want you to be satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for subscription payments.

2. Free Trial

We offer a free trial period for new users to explore JOBLIKE's features before committing to a paid subscription. During the trial:

  • No payment information is required to start
  • You have full access to trial features
  • Your account automatically reverts to the free tier when the trial ends
  • No charges are made unless you actively subscribe to a paid plan

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual billing period. You retain access to paid features until then.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period when you cancel.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

4.1 Within 7 Days of Initial Purchase

If you are not satisfied with JOBLIKE within 7 days of your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund. This applies to:

  • First-time subscribers only
  • Both monthly and annual plans
  • Requests made within 7 calendar days of the initial charge

4.2 Service Issues

Refunds may be considered if:

  • The Service was significantly unavailable during your billing period
  • A technical issue on our end prevented you from using core features
  • You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error

4.3 Duplicate Charges

If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charges promptly.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after the 7-day period
  • Failure to cancel before automatic renewal
  • Unused portion of a subscription after cancellation
  • Dissatisfaction with job search results (we provide tools, not guaranteed outcomes)
  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Price changes after you subscribed at a previous rate

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team:

  • Include your account email and reason for the refund request
  • Provide any relevant transaction or order IDs

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

8. Annual Subscription Refunds

For annual subscriptions beyond the 7-day period:

  • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Partial refunds may be offered for exceptional circumstances
  • We may offer account credit as an alternative to monetary refunds

9. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension.
